Much of our work is time-critical. Our computers, as maintained by YCS, ensure we meet those goals. From a business standpoint, I greatly appreciate YCS’s monthly retainer program. That program ensures we receive excellent service at a very reasonable investment. In the past, we had paid a lot more money for a lot less service. Finally, Joseph is totally dependable and honest. On two occasions, he wanted to continue working after closing hours to ensure a new computer was fully tested. Since we had to be elsewhere, I left him a key and told him to lock-up after his work was complete. That is the level of trust we have in Joe and his work.
I hire Joe’s company because of the years I’ve hired him personally. He is computer guru, quick and capable of resolving issues. His team has designed & hosted my website, my brochures, logo and business cards. I have worked for him and his company as a website content provider and as an editor.
