Although in my dual professions as a Psychic Entertainer and as a Journalist I am challenged by constant change, I don’t take to change as easily when it comes to using the computer or altering my business procedures. Joe then took great care to guide me through the process of learning how to input my own text, and later, to input pictures so that I always have the option to update, correct, and improve my website. Miraculously, this system not only allows me control, but it means I am not having to either wait, or pay, for this technicians to do the work for me. As I consider myself a “technically challenged” computer user, and put up lots of resistance when learning new computer software, Joe responded by explaining and re-explaining each step, ensuring that I could accomplish the tasks before moving on. When I encounter problems, he and his team of technicians are always there with the solutions. Their services are creative, innovative, technically expert, and fairly priced.

Since we had to be elsewhere, I left him a key and told him to lock-up after his work was complete. That is the level of trust we have in Joe and his work.
