You can find a service agreement for almost anything these days, but the question you should really be asking yourself is: What do I really get?" Particularly in the complicated world of electronics, one has to be doubly concerned about not only with the manufacturer and origin of the product but, most importantly, the contingencies in place to service the equipment long after the purchase has grown cold. This service agreement, presented for your approval by Your Computer Solutions Inc., is designed to keep your computer system running error free for extended periods of time. In fact, with a check-up every other month by a qualified diagnostician, you can enjoy freedom from mechanical errors for years to come. Through careful tracking and logging of information over the past several years, we find that nearly 90 percent of clients' problems were preventative with an effective service plan in place. The majority of our clients are more concerned with the reliability of their system rather than how it actually functions. The purpose of our service agreement is not to fix problems, but to prevent them before they occur. In the rare case when an unforeseen problem does arise, the staff dedicates itself to handling the situation immediately. We thank you for this opportunity to acquaint you with our fine services. Emergency telephone service:
The majority of computer errors are phone solvable, but first help has to be accessible. At Your Computer Solutions, help literally is just a phone call away, where a live person will answer 24/7. The main office number is (407)826-0810. Either the owner, Joseph M. Boy, or one of his capable staff will then respond to your emergency as quickly as humanly possible. In the majority of cases, Joseph will personally provide the necessary phone support. Only if he is already committed will he solicit one of his associates to respond as soon as possible. |
Emergency onsite service is available:
Either the owner, Joseph M. Boy, or one of the YCS qualified technicians will arrive at your office within a reasonable period of time to resolve the problem, if an easy resolution cannot be reached via the telephone. Response time is usually within a two-hour period. A follow-up telephone call will periodically be made to ensure that problem has not reoccurred. Annual service plan cost is $300.00 per work station, or $25 a month. This guarantees for a period of one year from the signing of the contract, a service rate of $50.00 per hour instead of the non-contracted rate of $100.00 per hour. This rate applies to service either by phone or onsite and is billed in one-hour increments. |
